Look after frozen and chilled food
Frozen and chilled items ship in insulated packaging. Put them in the freezer or fridge as soon as they arrive.
Check your order on arrival
Open the box soon after delivery, make sure everything is there and photograph any damage. Contact us within 7 days and we'll put it right.
